🌐 Interactive Web HUD Explanation: Client-side versions of selected fast-reactor-mcp tools, runnable without Python. Cards 2 and 5 are line-for-line ports of the Python package and are parity-tested against it in CI (tests/test_hud_parity.py). Cards 1, 3 and 4 are simplified client-side approximations and are not parity-tested. All outputs are reduced-order, non-safety-grade estimates.
